The Support Facility is designed to provide you with a quick check or second opinion on your HR matters, as well as provide guidance to HR best practice. If you tweak the content of one of the Resource Materials you can use the service to send me your amended document for a sanity check before use. There are no limits on the number of times you can use the facility, or the length of time each situation takes to resolve. You can use the facility to clarify an aspect of UK employment legislation or seek personalised advice on specific situations that are happening in your business such as a potential disciplinary matter, redundancy and contractual issues.

|Dedicated Onsite Support
This is your HR Department and you choose how you use the On Site support. For instance: attendance at management meetings or to support you with your unique HR projects such as annual appraisals, complex disciplinary situations, coordinating a recruitment programme or planning and implementing a restructuring programme.
This is a Pay As Use Service. Your Membership Agreement will confirm the hourly rate that will apply for on-site support. I charge a reduced hourly rate to the one that applies for larger businesses to encourage you to use the service.
|Full Review of Existing HR Documents
If you are an existing business with contracts of employment and an Employee Handbook in place I will perform a comprehensive review of these documents for you. The review will take account of employment legislation and your comments: such as we don’t use this policy anymore or this policy has been superseded by custom and practice. I will produce new documentation and will assist you with their implementation.
This is a Fixed Price Service, your updated documents will be received within 28 days of me accepting the project. I will invoice you at the start of the project, the payment will become due on successful completion of the project.
