The annual fee is based on your headcount and you can pay annually or by monthly direct debit.

Optional Extras

On-site support is available at an extra cost for when something unexpected or complex happens in your business. This is your HR Department and you choose how you use the On-site support, for instance: attendance at management meetings or to support you with specific HR projects such as annual appraisals, complex disciplinary situations, coordinating a recruitment programme or planning and implementing a restructuring programme. You don’t have to buy a bank of hours, I simply charge you for the time you’ve used based on a fixed hourly rate of £50.
